A clean computer workstation dedicated to BIM and structural modeling, featuring a large, ultra-wide monitor displaying a highly detailed 3D model of a mixed-use building in white tones, with structural elements subtly emphasized in orange against a dark gray interface. The desk is a smooth, light gray surface with only an orange-and-white notebook, a slim dark gray keyboard, and a matching mouse, maintaining a clutter-free look. The background wall is white, with a hint of soft gradient from indirect lighting. Gentle, cool-toned studio lighting creates subtle reflections on the monitor and keyboard, maintaining photographic realism. Shot from a three-quarter angle at desk height, the composition is focused yet spacious, projecting technological sophistication, precision, and the modern digital workflow of a contemporary engineering and architectural practice.
A sleek exterior shot of a contemporary commercial building façade, featuring clean white volumes, dark gray structural elements, and refined orange accents on sunshades and mullions. The structure sits on a paved forecourt with minimal landscaping: low linear planters with neatly trimmed green shrubs and a few architectural concrete benches. The sky is clear with soft late-afternoon light, casting gentle shadows that highlight the geometric forms. Captured at eye level in photographic realism, the composition uses the rule of thirds, emphasizing the entrance and structural clarity. The overall atmosphere is solid, trustworthy, and aspirational, suggesting a portfolio-worthy project by a professional engineering and architectural company focused on modern design and structural integrity.

Equipe de engenharia

A precise aerial-style composition of a detailed architectural floor plan laid out on a spotless white surface, showing a residential layout with rooms, structural walls, and measurements in fine dark gray lines, with orange hatch areas highlighting modifications for property regularization. Around the plan are neatly arranged tools: a metal compass, an orange and gray scale ruler, and a small dark gray notebook with a subtle texture. A translucent tracing paper overlay partially covers one corner, revealing comparison changes. Natural daylight from the top edge casts soft, elongated shadows, emphasizing depth in photographic realism. The mood is methodical and solution-oriented, suggesting analysis and adjustment processes central to property legalization and documentation services offered by a meticulous engineering firm.

A bright, organized construction site overview focusing on partially completed reinforced concrete structures, with clean, straight-edged columns and beams in light gray concrete, neatly aligned formworks, and carefully stored orange safety barriers and equipment. The ground is compacted and tidy, with marked circulation paths in white paint. In the background, a crane arm in dark gray extends against a pale blue, slightly overcast sky. The lighting is diffused natural daylight, producing soft, realistic shadows and minimizing harsh contrast, emphasizing photographic realism. Captured from a slightly elevated vantage point with wide-angle composition, the image highlights order, safety, and methodical progress, conveying competent site supervision and worksite management for an engineering firm that emphasizes control and reliability in its construction monitoring services.

A minimalist interior scene of a modern engineering office reception for ZEVIC Engenharia, featuring a crisp white wall with a stylized geometric logo space in orange and dark gray above a sleek, floating dark gray console shelf. The floor is smooth light concrete, and a single large-format framed blueprint with fine gray lines and subtle orange details leans against the wall. A low, angular white bench with clean lines sits to one side. Soft, indirect lighting washes down the wall from a concealed linear fixture, creating a calm, professional glow in photographic realism. Shot at eye level with balanced, symmetrical composition, the atmosphere is welcoming yet corporate, reinforcing brand colors and the company’s focus on architectural and structural excellence.
